Professional Experience

Walter has over 44 years professional plant & machinery valuation experience in Ireland, England, Europe and in later years Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Papua New Guinea. In 1990 he moved to Australia and subsequently carried out and managed valuation projects for corporate clients, government bodies and agencies alike. Walter has provided expertise to many business consulting and financial services firms and has experience in an extensive range of industries with particular emphasis on minerals, energy and utility industries in Australia.

Walter’s valuation experience covers all basis of valuation including valuations for insurance purposes, loss assessment, financial reporting, tax consolidation, mergers & acquisitions, purchase price allocation, transactional advice, due diligence, market values, auction realisable, asset register reconstruction and reconciliation.
