Professional Experience

With over 22 years professional plant & machinery valuation experience, Richard has worked for large multinational valuation firms as well as managing his own valuation consultancy company for more than 15 years.

Richard is a founding partner of AVP Valuers and has completed valuations for private, public, corporate, local, state and federal government agency clients throughout Australia. He has experience in an extensive range of industries in particular the mining & resource sector.

Richard’s valuation experience covers all basis of valuation including valuations for insurance purposes, loss assessment, financial reporting, tax consolidation, mergers & acquisitions, purchase price allocation, transactional advice, due diligence, rating and taxing, market, auction realisable, asset register reconstruction and reconciliation.
