Professional Experience

Martin has previously worked for a property development company in Northern Ireland, gaining a wide range of experience in all areas of property investment, development & management.

Further to this, Martin came to Australia and worked with the Western Australian Government valuation office, Landgate, carrying out rating & taxing valuations both for Gross Rental Value and Unimproved Value for residential, commercial & industrial properties throughout the metropolitan area of Perth.

He has experience in a range of both market and non-market type property valuations for insurance & financial reporting purposes.
