Professional Experience

With over 38 years professional experience in property valuation, Jeff's experience includes over 35 years with the Western Australian Valuer Generals Office. He has completed a large range of valuations for local, state and federal government agency assets for insurance and accounting/financial reporting purposes, in particular valuations throughout regional Western Australia.

Jeff has substantial experience in rating & taxing valuations (GRV and U/V), insurance valuations, compensation and market valuations including rental assessments. He has completed valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, tourist (motels, resorts, caravan parks, backpackers, hostels), licensed premises, service stations, airports, shipping ports, vacant land, englobo residential & industrial lands, rural lifestyle, marinas, hospitals, police stations, fire stations, schools and educational facilities, recreation facilities, cinemas, abattoirs, boat pens, ground leases, telecommunications facilities, churches, public buildings & offices and many other "specialist type" properties.
